Endurance Sports Coaching

I offer personal online training for endurance athletes interested in triathlons and running events from a sprint tri or a 5k to a full distance triathlon (Ironman/FullRev) or an ultra-marathon through my company T2 Multisport. All plans are individualized for your personal goals, fitness and schedule. As a coach I believe first and foremost in the health and happiness of my athletes, and I have found by putting those first the end result is always rewarding.

Nutrition, Health and Weight-Loss Coaching

I also offer nutrition, health and weight-loss coaching. If you are interested in getting serious about finding the health you seek in the form of weight-loss, fitness, and body image, this is the program for you. During one-on-one training calls and online email support, you be able to dig deep and find what is driving you and your habits and start to turn them around for great results in mind AND body! This coaching module is full of practical support as well as inspiration.

This is a great program if a triathlon or endurance event is a long-term goal, but you feel you are just not ready to make the jump yet. This is also a great option for endurance athletes looking to work on body composition and nutrition during the off-season.
