The Sunday Report

Wow!  Is it Monday already?  I feel like I am still on Arizona time!  Despite returning home in the wee hours of the morning on Thursday, I was still able to fit some training in the last four days of the week.


Swim:  1h 45m 5000 yds
Bike:  3h 46m 55s 49.25 mi
Run:  1h 44m 47s 9.98 mi

Total:  7h 16m 42s

Now that I am done for the semester in Ithaca, I will be able to start training a little bit more.  I feel behind this season.  Last year at this time, I was fit for a half-ironman at this time.  Even though my first race is in 2 weeks, it is the Rev3Quassy Olympic this year instead of the half.  My coach keeps reminding me that I am right where I should be for the season.

I am also still carrying a bit more of the winter layer than I would like to be!!  Beginning today I am using the CoreDiet protocol to convince my body those last few pounds are definitely not worth hanging onto!!
