The Sunday Report

Holy Batman!!!  You guys love the Nuu-Muu Dress giveaway!!  I also just wanted to say Holy Batman because Noah has been really into Batman recently.  He wears his superhero cape and mask wherever and whenever I will let him...isn't it kind of him to ask??  If you haven't entered already, the Nuu-Muu giveaway will stay open until Friday.

I also have another giveaway coming up tomorrow.  It might have something to do with this.

Does anyone else feel like summer is just getting started, but it's almost over too??  I guess that's what I get for taking my vacation right after school gets out!  We went down to my in-law's camp on Cayuga Lake today and did a little open water swim.  It was a bit choppy but nice.  I had this grand idea that I might swim across the lake either later this summer or next summer. It's only 3.5 miles, and a neighbor even said they would loan us a kayak.  It got even grander when I decided Kel and I could bike around the lake one day (right around 100 miles) and then do the swim the next.  My ever-pragmatic husband just said, "we'll see."

Anyway, here is the week.  I'm back to running on the ground, not as much as I would like, but it's better than in the pool.


Swim:  1h 25m 3800 yds
Bike:  8h 4m 37s 119.62 mi - this is surprising...I don't remember being on my bike this much!!
Run:  1h 23m 9s 8.55 mi

Total:  10h 52m 47s - I hate it when I'm that close to another hour...how silly is that?
