Anyway, training was hit and miss because, well, we were on vacation. I'm trying not to feel guilty about it, but I just can't help it.
Here are the numbers:
Bike: 2h 35m 52s 41.38 mi
Swim: 40m Open Water Swim
Run: 58m pool jogging
Strength: 20m
Total: 4h 33m 52s
I'll just consider myself totally and completely recovered, minus my nagging heel issues. Still working on that one, hence the strength work.

Thank God we talked him out of getting these...I can just imagine what his 2nd grade teacher would say when he wore them on the first day of school!
