Anyway, training was hit and miss because, well, we were on vacation. I'm trying not to feel guilty about it, but I just can't help it.
Here are the numbers:
Bike: 2h 35m 52s 41.38 mi
Swim: 40m Open Water Swim
Run: 58m pool jogging
Total: 4h 33m 52s
I'll just consider myself totally and completely recovered, minus my nagging heel issues. Still working on that one, hence the strength work.
