The Sunday Report has been a great week.  I could get used to this recovery thing!!  Then, of course, I look at my Training Peaks for next week, and see that recovery is definitely over!!  Time to get back to work.

Here are the numbers for this week.  I definitely took my recovery seriously.  It wasn't until about Thursday that my legs were feeling back to normal.

Swim:  46m 2000 yds
Bike:  3h 13m 58s 49.19 mi
Run:  30m  Aqua Jogging

Total:  4h 29m 58s
