  • I've been busy jumping right into my new job as triathlon coach at the YMCA.  I'm totally loving it, but getting used the new routine right after getting back from Florida has thrown me into a bit of a tailspin.
  • I'm beat.
  • I think the first two thoughts are probably the same.
  • Every time I see a squirrel running across the road, I think about the time I saw a squirrel mourning over his lost friend in the middle of the road.  It still makes me sad, and it was months ago that I saw it.
  • I rode for two hours today and the first hour I did indoors because I wanted to catch up on LOST.  I'm still confused.
  • I haven't had a latte since Sunday, and I'm hardly thinking about it.
  • Except for now
  • and whenever I pass a Starbucks
  • or a Dunkin Donuts, and I don't even like the lattes from Dunkin Donuts
  • and after a hard workout, like today's
  • but really, I'm okay...I'm fine...really.
  • I so appreciate all the comments on the Athena/Age Group debate.  I still haven't decided for sure, but I must by Friday.  My very good friend, S., sent me a beautiful email that said, "You are a masterpiece! Imagine if all art was the same size!"
  • Thank you, my friend, for sharing your wisdom.  I hope you don't mind me sharing with everyone else!
  • When I'm tired, like now, I really want to eat something.
  • Be sure to check out the latest Aflac Iron Girl webisode from the triathlon in Las Vegas!

  1. I honestly don't know how you've been able to give up your Starbucks.....been thinking of you as I run past your house!!

  2. I can help you with any "Lost" related questions ;-)

Your posts are inspiring. I'm looking forward to the next 12 weeks. :-)

Woo-hoo!! I want to hear from you!
