I had a wonderful time in Atlanta and Clearwater and will have a post up about my travels and adventures tomorrow, but today is just a quick wrap-up of the week before I hit the hay.
Despite my travelling, I was still able to get several quality workouts in this week. Here are the numbers:
Swim: 1h 2900 yds
Bike: 2h 45m 6s 28.65 mi
Run: 2h 40m 17s 16.50 mi
Total: 7h 5m 23s
Coach reassured me that because the intensity was higher, it's okay that the volume is lower, and I am trusting her. Still nervous, but trusting. :)
I'm pretty sure I'm hitting the track for the first time ever this week, so that should be interesting.
