The Sunday Report

Here are the numbers:

Swim:  1h 45m 4950 yds
Bike:  5h 54m 40s 65.16 mi
Run:  3h 46m 26s 22.06 mi
Strength:  1h

Total:  12h 26m 6s

This was a good week, I think.  I have my biggest week ever ahead of me.  Coach Mary and I are calling it "Camp Week".  I am on spring break from both jobs this week, so I have a lot of extra time for training--woo-hoo!!!
