Ahh...after this morning's run, I feel incredible. My body has definitely been missing those run endorphins, and running on a treadmill for 30 minutes just doesn't cut it!!
Here are the numbers this week:
Swim: 1700.00 Yd 35m
Bike: 9.75 Mi 2h 27m 25s
Run: 11.41 Mi 1h 54m 35s
Foam-Rollering: quite a bit
Total: 4h 57m and quite a bit of foam-rollering (which I've decided is my new favorite word)
Well, the run this morning was great....no comment on the numbers...it's my off-season, right?
And that brings us to nutrition:

Not great...it's the off-season, right? (I'm just wondering when the off-season begins to be an excuse!!)
