The Month in Numbers

Here are the November numbers.  They are a bit late, because, quite frankly, I'm not too proud of them.  But, numbers are numbers, and I'm trying to tell myself that my little "break" is good for me. 

Will someone keep reminding me of this?  Daily???

Bike: 7h 51m 56s - 54.31 Mi
Run: 4h 26m 58s - 28.19 Mi
Swim: 5h 41m - 15350 Yd

Total:  17h 59m 54s


  1. Breaks are good for you-the off season is the 4th event in a tri-and a wonderful time to build base.

  2. Breaks ARE good for you ! they let you heal and come back stronger :)
