Kel and I just back from a weekend in Lake Placid. It was a much-needed getaway for both of us. I will post some pictures tomorrow, but let's just say it sure has some thoughts running through my head about a certain race that takes place there every year...and it's not on ice or snow.
This week in training was okay. As I posted earlier this week, I'm having a hard time finding my training rhythm, but there are some exciting things in the works. More on that coming soon. In the meantime, I will muddle through. Here are the numbers for the week, and the run includes a beautiful early morning run around Mirror Lake in Lake Placid with Kel. He was kind enough to slow down for me, but it made me think we should run together more often!
