Breakfast:
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie and French Press decaf with evaporated milk (I had 2 cups of coffee.)
Post Morning Workout:
Cinnamon Bun Larabar and some locally made apple-cinnamon crackers (no sugar).
Lunch at Chicago Uno Grill:
Cuban Black Bean and Lentil Soup and salad (I only ate 1/2 of the breadstick).
Grande Non-fat Latte (My latest addiction)
A yummy honeycrisp snack.
Dinner of baked fish with cracker crumb topping, butternut squash "fries", and steamed broccoli.

Yummy! I made a delicious black bean soup in the crockpot. Happy to share the recipe if you'd like it. Very easy, very low fat and lots of good stuff!
