Food for Thought...or Not

So I was a trimommy on fire this morning.  I was up at 6:35, and I left the house for work about 9:05.  This is what I did in between:

  1. Got Noah and Ryan up and dressed. (Well, Ryan dressed himself, but you know what I'm talking about.
  2. Made breakfast for Noah.
  3. Made coffee.
  4. Practiced violin with Ryan.
  5. Made breakfast for Ryan.
  6. Made sweet potato casserole.
  7. Put dinner in the crockpot and plugged it in.
  8. Cleaned the kitchen.
  9. Got shoes and jackets on everyone and out the door to the bus stop with Noah in the jogging stroller.
  10. Right after the bus pulled away, Noah and I were off and running (in the very cold weather) to the babysitter's.
  11. Left the stroller at the sitter's and continued on my run (3.3 miles in 30:38).
  12. Made my breakfast and lunch.
  13. Checked my email.
  14. Showered and got ready.
All before 9:00 a.m.!! Impressive, no?? It might even qualify for supertrimommy status...

Well, here for your viewing pleasure, is what I ate today.

Mint Chocolate Gu before my good.  Sometimes I think I train just so I can have treats like this!!

Breakfast was what I call a Hawaiian Green Smoothie (1/2 avocado, big handful of raw spinach, frozen pineapple, 1/2 banana, greek yogurt), decaf with cream, and a Flax Plus waffle with peanut butter.

For lunch, a big serving of sweet potato casserole, a hard boiled egg, and a honeycrisp.

A couple of handfuls for an afternoon snack.

Chicken and pinto bean roll-ups for dinner.  I had 1.5.
