The Sunday Report and The Month in Numbers

Here are the numbers:

For the week:

Swim: 5350.00 Yd 2h 20m
Bike: 89.02 Mi 7h 06m 56s
Run: 20.78 Mi 3h 20m 52s

Total: 12 h 47m 48s

Another big week for me. This upcoming week is a "recovery" week, culminating on Sunday with the Rev3Tri. I'm doing the swim and the run portion of the Half-Iron distance. My toes and the tops of my feet have been a little twingey, and I think when I put my lock-laces on, I might have put them on too tight. I will do that this week.

For the month:

Bike: 27h 37m 06s - 363.98 Mi
Run: 14h 07m 44s - 88.12 Mi
Swim: 9h 26m 02s - 23350 Yd

Total: 51h 10m 52s

After this week, I have one more big week of training, then the numbers go down until Musselman!! I can't believe it's only 7 weeks away.
