Well, it was a rest and recovery week, but still a hard one. It was nice to hit all of my planned numbers without too much effort! Here are the numbers:

I only have about 4 weeks left in the teaching semester, so that will really free up my time for training. I am also looking forward to warmer weather, because I have got to get my wimpy, scared of cold-weather riding butt, outside on my bike! I started getting freaked out this week that I haven't been outside yet. SOON!! I PROMISE!!!
On a side note, I have been so hungry. I've pretty much been eating anything I want with the exception of added sugar and junk food, and I feel like I cannot eat enough! The good news is I am not gaining weight. I was kind of hoping to lose a few pounds (I have lost 2 since March 1), but I'm not sure if that is going to be feasible. I really feel like I need to fuel the training. I'm definitely still working it out. I'll keep you posted.
