A very light week (I took three days off), but I got a lot of practicing in which was definitely the priority.

Something that I noticed (and not for the first time) this week, is that when I have a light training week my eating is not as good. It seems so strange because you would think it would be the other way around, but definitely not for me. When I'm good, I'm good, and when I'm not, I'm not.

I love Sunday, when I can begin again!! Have a great night!
